Steps To Getting Started

How to get started

Follow the steps below to get started with one of our bookkeeping packages.  


Step #1: Pick a Package

Cloud-based software used is Quickbooks

#1 - Basic Package

$175/mo

  • Cloud based accounting software
  • Monthly reconciliation of 2 bank accounts/credit cards
  • Proper classification of transactions
  • Monthly financial reports provided (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow)
  • One yearly tax consulting session with Enrolled Agent / Licensed Tax Consultant


#2 - Intermediate Package

$350/mo

  • Cloud based accounting software
  • Monthly reconciliation of 4 bank accounts/credit cards
  • Proper classification of transactions
  • Monthly financial reports provided (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) 
  • One yearly tax consulting session with Enrolled Agent / Licensed Tax Consultant
  • Full service payroll package (up to 5 employees) ADD $50

#3 - Advanced Package

$650/mo

  • Cloud based accounting software
  • Monthly reconciliation of 6 bank accounts/credit cards
  • Proper classification of transactions
  • Monthly financial reports provided (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow)
  • Quarterly tax strategy sessions with Enrolled Agent/Tax Consultant
  • Full service payroll package (up to 5 employees) ADD $50

#4 - Premium Package

$850/mo

  • Cloud based accounting software
  • Monthly reconciliation of 8 bank accounts/credit cards
  • Proper classifcation of transactions
  • Monthly financial reports provided (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow)
  • Bi-monthly strategy sessions with Enrolled Agent/Tax Consultant (6/year)
  • Full service payroll package (up to 10 employees) ADD $100

#5 - Customized Package

We can work with you to design a package and workflow that meets your requirements. Please set up an initial consultation for a price quote to better determine your monthly cost. 


Step #2 - Phone Appointment and Portal Connect

Please find a time listed on the "online appointments" web page that works for you to have a 30 minute free bookkeeping consultation over the phone. We will answer any questions you may have and provide detail on how we can help. To ensure all documents remain secure, a secure portal is used to share documents back and forth. After the phone call, you will receive an invite to the portal. All your documents will live on this portal and you will have access to them at anytime.

Step #3 - Pay Setup Fee

$250.00
Pay with PayPal or a debit/credit card

One-time quickbooks cloud accounting setup fee of $250 includes:

  • Setup of Chart of Accounts
  • Quickbooks Cloud Account Setup
  • Download Last 3 months of transactions (if necessary)
  • Transfer from different accounting system (if necessary)
  • Add company/employee/vendor/subcontractor information
  • Connect bank accounts and credit cards to Quickbooks
